  • Shipping Zones: We offer regional and national shipping. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the accessibility of your location (e.g., Metro areas vs. remote regions).
  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will typically be active within 24 hours.
  • Damages: Nova Cart is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

2. Returns Policy


If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  • Return Window: You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
