- Shipping Zones: We offer regional and national shipping. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the accessibility of your location (e.g., Metro areas vs. remote regions).
- Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will typically be active within 24 hours.
- Damages: Nova Cart is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
2. Returns Policy
